Automotive Detail Technician - PART TIME

Job Summary

Kocourek Ford service is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Part-Time Automotive Detailer to help keep our vehicles looking their best. This role is responsible for cleaning and preparing new and used vehicles for delivery, display, and customer pickup. If you take pride in your work and enjoy a hands-on, fast-paced environment, this could be a great fit.

• Wash, vacuum, and detail new and used vehicles
• Clean interiors and exteriors to dealership standards
• Apply protectants
• Move vehicles safely around the lot as needed
• Maintain cleanliness of the detailing area and equipment
• Follow all safety and dealership procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Ability to stand, bend, and work on your feet for extended periods
• Dependable with a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Prior detailing or automotive experience preferred but not required

Part-time hours, this may be evening hours Monday-Thursday 3 pm-7 pm, Saturdays will be on rotation.

Kocourek uniforms

• Periodic lifting and carrying objects over 50 pounds
• Reaching above and below shoulder level
• Able to push materials/parts carts and push cars (with assistance)
• Extended periods of kneeling, bending, squatting and stooping to detail vehicles
• Manual dexterity and eye/hand coordination to operate equipment
• May be exposed to repetitive tasks involving hand and arm motion
• May be required to inspect vehicles outdoors in inclement weather
• May be exposed to fumes, chemicals, high levels of dust and noise in repair center
