We re seeking talented candidates for full-time and part-time Guest Service Advisor (also called Customer Service Advisor or CSA) positions at Jiffy Lube Multicare. Jiffy Lube is America s leader in vehicle preventive maintenance services with over 2,000 locations. We are Stonebriar Auto Services, America s fastest-growing Jiffy Lube franchise and we re hiring now!

• Confer with our guests to determine or suggest the diagnostic and mechanical services which are needed for their vehicles. All work must be performed in a safe and efficient manner while providing an outstanding guest service experience and contributing to an energetic and fun working environment.

• A current and valid driver s license is required.
• Previous experience in an automotive service environment is preferred but not required.
