Salary $120,000 - $140,000 per year

To be considered for the Sr. Preconstruction Manager position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A minimum of 10+ years of experience in preconstruction management in the construction industry.
• Expertise in project planning, estimating, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Proficient in a broad spectrum of digital construction tools. (Timberline, Microsoft Office, bid management systems, online plan rooms, and Bluebeam).
• Strong technical knowledge of construction methods and practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with a diverse team of professionals.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve potential issues before they impact the project.
• A proven track record of managing preconstruction activities for large-scale construction projects.
• A bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
