Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for bank customers reaching us through telephone and email, as well as online chat (Banno) and electronic banking platforms.
  • Act as a customer ambassador, providing a high‑quality experience that represents the brand.
  • Engage customers by keeping their best interest in mind and exceeding expectations.
  • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of all Incredible Bank products and services, including consumer and business online banking, the mobile app, mobile deposit, consumer bill pay, debit and credit cards, and eStatements.
  • Accurately perform timely follow‑through on customer requests by preparing and submitting necessary maintenance with proper documentation.
  • Actively participate in the implementation of departmental and bank‑wide initiatives to enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
  • Two to five years of experience in a customer‑service role, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Windows.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to remain professional and composed under pressure.
  • High degree of resourcefulness and adaptability.
