Bridge Community Health Clinic has immediate openings for additional dental assistants with experience. These assistants will be paired with a second assistant and primary dentist.
Base pay range$20.00/hr - $26.00/hr
Compensation and benefitsEXPERIENCED ASSISTANTS WILL RECEIVE A $2,500 WELCOME BONUS.
Schedule options- Option 1: 30 hours, Monday - Wednesday, 10 hour days, full-time benefits. Opportunity to cover shifts on Thursday and Friday morning.
- Option 2: 40 hours, Monday - Thursday, 10 hour days, full-time benefits.
- Option 3: 37+ hours, Monday - Thursday 8:00-17:00 and Fridays 8:00-13:00, full-time benefits.

- Accrue up to 17 days (136 hours) of PTO. Start using earned PTO after 90 days.

- Join a team of professional and friendly staff focused on removing barriers to care and increasing access to oral health services.
- Have one year of chairside experience.
- Experience in room tear down and setup, and sterilization.
- Have a current BLS Certification or ability to certify.
- Desire to work with a diverse patient population.
- Team-oriented mindset.
- You’ve completed a post-secondary Dental Assistant diploma or certificate program.
- Experience with root canals, fabricating temporary crowns and dentures, rubber dam placement, etc.

The clinic’s vision is that the care it provides and the connections it creates improves the health of its patients and communities. Bridge Clinic has served northcentral Wisconsin since 1995 as a Federally Qualified Health Center.
Services are provided to all patients, regardless of their financial status or ability to pay. A Sliding Fee Discount program and Patient Financial Advocate support is available. An integrated care model addresses physical, oral and mental health concerns and seeks to address social, financial and other barriers impacting health outcomes.
