Qualifications:

Job Summary Effectively implement developmentally appropriate programs and activities that engage members in the area of academic success.

• Safety:
  Ensure Club safety - check equipment, supplies, etc. prior to beginning activities.
• Report unsafe situations to Site Director.
• Address Club member behavior concerns as they arise.
• Communicate Club member behavior concerns to Site Director.

• Lead academic programs and activities as outlined in program plans.
• Support Club Members in homework and high-yield learning activities.
• Provide support as a reading tutor.
• Enforce rules and policies posted in the building.
• Distribute and track program equipment.
• Tracking:
  Sign members into every activity to ensure accurate participation tracking.
• Submit sign-in sheets to Site Director and/or front desk.

• Required:
  
  Must be an active student enrolled in at least 6 credits.
• Please note that students are not permitted to work in Federal Work-Study positions during scheduled class times.
• Detail oriented.
• Good communication skills.
• Able to prioritize tasks and be able to work in a team-oriented environment.
