* * Primary Responsibilities
*** Build and maintain infrastructure that supports accurate, efficient order entry and related procedures, ensuring appropriate documentation for repeatable processes.
* Collaborates with senior management to establish sales targets and effectively communicate goals to the inside sales team
* Monitor sales activities regularly to ensure that targets are met and adjust strategies as necessary.
* Maintains frequent communication with senior management to stay informed of market needs and challenges affecting the outside sales force.
* Establish and communicate expectations for positive interdepartmental interactions that support the sales process, ensuring team understands how other departments' activities impact sales.
* Holds team accountable for accuracy, customer responsiveness, and knowledge of products, processes, and procedures.
* Regularly prepare and distribute reports to senior executives, including sales activity, order bookings, and other relevant data.
* Perform other duties and tasks as assigned
** Travel Required

* Occasional travel to key accounts to support relationships and operational efficiency.

** Industrial Electro-Electronic Equipment
** This area includes electric motors, drives and industrial automation equipment and services, and maintenance services. Electric motors and other related equipment find applications in practically all industrial segments, in equipment such as compressors, pumps and fans, for example.
** Energy Generation, Transmission and Distribution (GTD)
** Products and services included in this area are electric generators for hydraulic and thermal power plants (biomass), hydro turbines (small hydroelectric plants or PCH, and hydroelectric generators or CGH)), wind turbines, transformers, substations, control panels and system integration services.
** Commercial and Appliance Motors
** In this business area, our focus is the market of single phase motors for durable consumer goods, such as washing machines, air conditioners, water pumps, among others.
** Paints and Varnishes
** In this area, which includes liquid paints, powder paints, and electro-insulating varnishes, we have a very clear focus on industrial applications in Brazil and are expanding to Latin America and other regions.

This position is responsible for managing all Inside Sales, Customer Service, and Quote activities. Key responsibilities include ensuring that the team provides effective support for order acquisition and customer inquiries, maintaining efficient and accurate order entry processes, and fostering strong collaboration with internal departments that support the sales function.  These duties are carried out either directly or through subordinate staff.
** Education
* ** Bachelor’s Degree in business or a related field from a 4 year college or university is preferred
** Knowledge/Training
*** Proven ability to lead and develop people, providing guidance, feedback, and support to drive performance and growth.
* Experience in  coaching and mentoring, fostering employee development and building team capability.
* Ability to influence, motivate, and support individuals and teams in achieving departmental goals.
* Broad understanding of customer needs, internal infrastructure and organizational processes
* Working knowledge of process improvement methodologies
* Knowledge of current technologies, industry products, and the Marathon product portfolio.
* Demonstrate technical aptitude (electrical and mechanical).
* Moderate understanding of industry trends & market forces.
** Experience (minimum years or related experience)
*** 5+ years of relevant business experience
