Machine Maintenance Tech - Second Shift

*** This Maintenance Technician position is responsible for planning, coordinating, and scheduling all preventive maintenance activities to optimize manufacturing capabilities.
** Major Responsibilities:
*** Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment, machinery, and facility systems
* Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to minimize downtime
* Diagnose equipment failures and implement effective repairs in a timely manner
* Support production by ensuring equipment operates safely, efficiently, and reliably
* Complete scheduled maintenance tasks in accordance with PM programs and work orders
* Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, manuals, and technical documentation
* Maintain accurate maintenance records, including repairs, inspections, and parts usage
* Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and process improvements
* Identify and recommend improvements to enhance equipment reliability and performance
* Follow all safety, lockout/tagout, and OSHA regulations to maintain a safe work environment
* Collaborate with production, engineering, and leadership teams to resolve issues and support operational goals
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe maintenance work area
** Requirements:
*** Be able and willing to demonstrate excellent organizational skills
* Ensuring quality control standards are consistently met
* High school diploma or high school equivalent
* Relevant licenses and certificates may be required
* Courses in mechanical drawing, woodworking, electricity, and blueprint reading, recommended
* Maintenance experience recommended
* Excellent customer service and negotiation skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CMMS and SAP systems
