CLA is looking to hire a Senior Wealth Advisor (SWA) to work in our Eau Claire, WI or Wausau, WI office. The SWA will serve as a relationship manager providing “Total Wealth Advisory” services to their clients. Total Wealth Advisory is a comprehensive service that revolves around a personal financial plan and includes advice on all of the client’s financial and tax needs.
The SWA should have advanced knowledge in tax, investments, financial planning, insurance, and estate and retirement planning, and will manage a book of client relationships and delegate work as appropriate. This advisor will support the team in state‑wide client needs.
- Financial Planning:
Gather data from clients, oversee and delegate financial planning work, deliver financial plans, and make recommendations. - Client Support:
Manage existing and new referral relationships. - Technical
Competencies:
Maintain a working knowledge of appropriate systems applications; proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe.
Minimum of eight (8) years of progressively responsible financial services experience.
EducationBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Certifications / LicensesFINRA Series 65 or 66 required. CFP® certification or equivalent required; relevant experience may be accepted.
Existing transferable book of business preferred.
