Aspirus Health Ventures (AHV) is a collaboration between a health insurer (Aspirus Health Plan) and a health care provider (Aspirus Health System). We are looking for a director who can lead all financial activities and drive accurate reporting, strategic planning, and forecasting to support our mission of healing people and strengthening communities.

• Accurate financial reporting to ensure regulatory compliance and a common understanding of actual results.
• Strategic planning and forecasting processes that support decision making across the organization.
• Take a lead role in managing all financial health‑plan issues with the finance function for the Aspirus System, including financing, capital management (RBC), and related matters.

• Knowledge of accounting standards and practices (Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field).
• 5 to 10 years of health‑plan experience in financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and investment management.
• Minimum of five years of experience in financial management, investment management, and debt financing, preferably in an insurance setting.
• Insurance and/or healthcare industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and statutory accounting principles (SAP).
• Previous supervisory experience beneficial.
• Excellent analytical, decision‑making, problem‑solving, and project‑management skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities for a team‑oriented environment.
• Master’s degree in finance, business administration, accounting, or related field preferred.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred.
