What You’ll Do:

• Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their financial needs and recommending the right banking solutions.
• Assist new and existing customers with opening and maintaining a full range of deposit accounts and services.
• Provide guidance on digital banking, debit and credit cards, IRAs, and other retail banking products.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide knowledgeable and professional support.
• Identify opportunities to deepen customer relationships through cross-selling and referrals.
• Ensure accuracy, security, and compliance while handling customer information and financial transactions in accordance with banking regulations and policies.
• Balance cash drawers and maintain a high level of accuracy when handling cash and financial transactions.
• Work collaboratively with your team to support daily operations and deliver a seamless banking experience.
• Represent Abby Bank in a professional, courteous, and trustworthy manner in every customer interaction.

Who You Are:

• You have a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of two years of retail banking experience.
• You enjoy working with people and building lasting customer relationships.
• You’re detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• You have strong communication skills and can confidently explain banking products and services.
• You’re a proactive problem-solver who takes pride in providing exceptional customer service.
• You’re adaptable and comfortable learning new systems, technology, and banking processes.
