Immediate Responsibilities:

• Client Consultations
  :
  Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients’ aesthetic concerns, medical history, and treatment goals
• Advanced Skincare Treatments
  :
  Perform treatments including facials, hydration facials, chemical peels, microneedling, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, lash/brow lift & tint, and other skin rejuvenation treatments
• Aftercare Education
  :
  Ensure clients are educated on at‑home post‑care to maintain results
• Provider Assistant
  :
  Assist with procedures like wrinkle relaxers and dermal fillers
• Sales Performance
  :
  Actively promote aesthetic treatments and retail skincare products; meet or exceed monthly/quarterly treatment and skincare sales goals
• Clinic Growth & Development
  :
  Support clinic success through community outreach, marketing initiatives, and special projects when not serving clients; take ownership of growth opportunities
• Proficiency in skincare and non‑surgical cosmetic procedures
• Strong knowledge of skincare products and ingredients
• Client education skills regarding skincare practices and post‑treatment care
• Collaboration with team members to ensure integrated client care
• Demonstrated skills in sales, customer service and relationship building
• Excellent time‑management skills with ability to prioritize among multiple requests
• Maintain compliance with all relevant laws and industry standards
• Accurate record keeping and documentation

Job Type:

Full‑time, M‑F, about 32‑40 hours per week/in‑office.
