After completing our paid training program, you’ll be ready to guide blood donors through the entire blood donation process, including screening and drawing blood while helping them feel safe, comfortable, and relaxed. Whether at our donor center or at a blood drive, no two days are the same, and your work will always directly impact real people’s lives in our community.

Specific job duties will be reviewed during the interview process.

Competitive pay and full‑time hours. Monday‑Friday, daytime and early evening hours depending on blood drive schedules.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance, plus reliable transportation.
• EMT, Paramedic, LPN, CNA, or M.A. experience is a plus.
• Comfortable interacting with a wide variety of people in a constantly changing environment; no day is exactly the same.
• Teachable, reliable, and precise.
• Follow all quality, safety, and privacy regulations.
