Clinical Nutrition Consulting Services, LLC (CNCS) is seeking a dedicated Dietetic Technician to manage nutritional services at a long‑term care facility. The Dietitian Technician plays a critical role in assessing resident dietary needs, developing and implementing dietary orders, and ensuring compliance with nutritional standards.

• Assess nutritional needs, diet restrictions, and current health plans.
• Complete nutritional assessments, MDS, and care plans.
• Provide counseling to individuals and groups on good nutrition, healthy eating habits, and nutrition monitoring to improve quality of life.
• Perform monthly quality inspections/audits of meals served to ensure conformance with prescribed diets and standards of palatability and appearance.
• Advise the Food and Nutrition Services Manager and organization on sanitation, safety procedures, and planning to support food service facilities and nutrition programs.
• Assist with the establishment, operation, and evaluation of food service facilities and nutrition programs.
• Travel within the designated region as required.

• Degree from an accredited Dietetic Technician program.
• LTC experience preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Current registration by the Commission on Dietetics Registration.
