Occupational Therapy Assistant - Wood Aven

Join our team and start making a difference! Our caseload is growing and we are seeking a PRN COTA to join our in‑house therapists at Wood Aven Health & Rehabilitation in Wausau. Help us expand therapy programming to include Abilities Care (cognition), ACP programs, Big & Loud, and wound care. As a therapy professional, you will have the freedom to create and implement additional programs to best meet the needs of the patients in this facility.

• Assist in delivering occupational therapy services to patients in the facility.
• Collaborate with therapists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Support the development and expansion of therapy programs such as Abilities Care, ACP, Big & Loud, and wound care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes.
• Adhere to facility policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current and active State license/registration in Wisconsin.
• All levels of experience welcomed.
