Bridge Community Health Clinic is seeking an experienced certified or registered medical assistant to join our primary care team. Full-time or part-time schedule options.
Pay RangeThis range is provided by Bridge Community Health Clinic. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.
Base pay: $20.00/hr — $24.00/hr
Schedule Options- Full-time: 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; full‑time benefits.
- Majority-time: 32 hours per week, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; full‑time benefits.
- Half‑time: 24 hours per week, Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; half‑time benefits.
- Part‑time:
One or two days per week, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; available days — Monday, Tuesday, Thursday.

- Accrue up to 17 days (136 hours) of PTO. Start using earned PTO after 90 days. Actual accrued hours depend on hours worked.

- Professional and friendly team passionate about removing barriers to care.
- Prepare for patient visits.
- Room and ready patients of all ages for examination and treatment.
- Update and maintain accurate electronic health records.
- Clean and turnover exam room after patient visit.
- Maintain exam rooms and stock with necessary supplies.
- Assist PCP with exams and minor office procedures.
- Explain and review treatment plans with patients.
- Assist with scheduling tests and treatments.
- Back up Phlebotomist.
- Assist with referral coordination.
- Assist with maintenance medication refills.
- Assist with preventative health education for medications, disease management, home treatments, special diet needs, exercise, etc.
- Successful completion of a post‑secondary Medical Assistant program or equivalent prior work experience in a family practice or urgent care clinic setting.
- Current Medical Assistant certification or registration with an approved national examination agency.
- Current BLS (CPR for Healthcare Workers) certification or certification within 60 days of hire.
- One year of experience as a medical assistant in a family practice or urgent care clinic setting.
