Confluent Health is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist based in Wausua, WI.

Salary: $75,000–$100,000 BOE
Full Time: Mon‑Fri

• Review patients’ medical history
• Diagnose patients by observing their movements and listening to their concerns
• Develop individualized treatment plans for patients with clear goals and expected outcomes
• Use exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands‑on manual therapy to manage patients’ pain, increase mobility, and prevent further pain and injury
• Record patient progress and modify the plan of care as needed
• Provide 1‑to‑1 patient care

• Physical Therapist licensure in good standing or ability to obtain licensure in Wisconsin
