As a Patient Access Specialist, you'll be the warm, welcoming presence that sets the tone for every visit. You'll handle phone calls, check-ins, appointment scheduling, referrals, and insurance verification with professionalism and empathy, all while keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

QUALIFICATIONS

FOR A PATIENT ACCESS SPECIALIST
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Wisconsin driver's license
  • Strong communication, customer service, and teamwork skills
  • Ability to adapt and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
WORK SCHEDULE

This position requires around a 40-hour work week during standard business hours, with scheduling across various days.
