Patient Care Technician at DaVita Kidney Care – support patients with end‑stage renal disease in an outpatient dialysis clinic. Provide direct, hands‑on care under RN supervision, helping patients through life‑sustaining dialysis treatment.

Work Days: Monday through Saturday

Weekends: Required to work 2 Saturdays/month;
No Sunday shifts

Shift Times:

• MWF: 3:15 am–1:30 pm, 4:30 am–2:00 pm, 5:30 am–3:30 pm, 8:00 am–5:30 pm
• TTS: 3:15 am–10:30 am, 4:30 am–2:00 pm

Requirements:

• Must be flexible and able to work rotating shifts
• Schedule restrictions cannot be accommodated
• Work schedules are always provided in advance to support work‑life balance

• Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care
• Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment
• Set up and maintain dialysis equipment
• Record vital signs and patient data
• Educate patients on treatment and kidney health
• Collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members

• High school diploma or GED
• Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment
• Physically able to work long shifts on your feet
• Willing to float between local clinics if needed
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Preferred: CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification, or healthcare experience
