Talent Manager
The Associate Director of Talent will lead local recruiting and community engagement initiatives for a high-growth professional services office. This individual will develop strategic pipelines of candidates, foster strong relationships within the regional business community, and play a key role in shaping the culture and reputation of the organization in its local markets. The role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, strong communication skills, and a passion for connecting people to meaningful career opportunities.
DutiesLead full-cycle recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing prospective professionals.
Build a strong community presence through networking, events, and local partnerships to strengthen brand awareness.
Collaborate with advisors and leadership to understand hiring goals and align recruitment strategies.
Develop and execute creative grassroots recruiting campaigns to attract top talent.
Track and analyze recruiting metrics and selection ratios to refine sourcing and conversion strategies.
Cultivate an energetic and collaborative office environment through cultural initiatives and team engagement.
Act as a brand ambassador in the marketplace, differentiating the firm from competitors through authentic relationship-building and consistent messaging.
Support business growth by driving recruiting results in a competitive, relationship-driven environment.
Required:
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in recruiting, sales, or talent acquisition.
Proven ability to independently source, evaluate, and onboard candidates using platforms such as Linked In, Indeed, and Handshake.
Strong community network and understanding of local market dynamics.
Demonstrated success operating in fast-paced, competitive recruiting environments.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence across all levels.
Preferred:
Experience or familiarity with the financial or professional services industry.
Proven ability to build office culture and team cohesion through leadership and engagement.
Strong grasp of grassroots marketing and community engagement strategies.
