Lead local recruiting and community engagement initiatives for a high-growth professional services office. They will develop strategic pipelines of candidates, foster strong relationships within the regional business community, and play a key role in shaping the culture and reputation of the organization in its local markets. The role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, strong communication skills, and a passion for connecting people to meaningful career opportunities.
Duties- Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing prospective professionals.
- Build a strong community presence through networking, events, and local partnerships to strengthen brand awareness.
- Collaborate with advisors and leadership to understand hiring goals and align recruitment strategies.
- Develop and execute creative grassroots recruiting campaigns to attract top talent.
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics and selection ratios to refine sourcing and conversion strategies.
- Cultivate an energetic and collaborative office environment through cultural initiatives and team engagement.
- Act as a brand ambassador in the marketplace, differentiating the firm from competitors through authentic relationship‑building and consistent messaging.
- Support business growth by driving recruiting results in a competitive, relationship‑driven environment.
Required:
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in recruiting, sales, or talent acquisition.
- Proven ability to independently source, evaluate, and onboard candidates using platforms such as Linked In, Indeed, and Handshake.
- Strong community network and understanding of local market dynamics.
- Demonstrated success operating in fast-paced, competitive recruiting environments.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence across all levels.
Preferred:
- Experience or familiarity with the financial or professional services industry.
- Proven ability to build office culture and team cohesion through leadership and engagement.
- Strong grasp of grassroots marketing and community engagement strategies.
- Client-focused and forward-thinking with strong follow-through.
- Proactive problem solver who can navigate ambiguity.
