Maintenance Manager

Aspirus Howard Young Medical Center in Woodruff, WI is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee facilities and staff across hospitals, clinics, and buildings in the central region. Full‑time, 1.0 FTE (80 hours per two‑week pay period).

• Supervises, directs, and coordinates effective maintenance of facilities and grounds.
• Responds timely to customer service requests, manages staff productivity, and prioritizes workloads.
• Reports on staff performance through department supervisor to the Facilities & Maintenance Manager.
• Ensures adequate staffing and manages resource allocation for hospitals, clinics, and buildings.

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution plus at least 3 years of engineering experience (preferably healthcare); OR an Associate’s degree with 5 years of engineering experience; OR high school diploma with 7 years of engineering experience.
• Minimum of 5 years progressively responsible experience in a related field.
• Knowledge of engineering systems and components to assign tasks and evaluate work quality.
• Valid Wisconsin driver’s license.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
