Description
Exciting Opportunity as a Park City Credit Union Branch Manager in the Wausau location. Primary location will be Wausau, after a training period in Merrill.In this role, you will play a vital part in achieving our Mission Statement: “Helping our members fufill their dreams while serving our communities.”
You will lead a dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional service and financial solutions tailored to our members’ needs.
RequirementsUnder the direction of the Regional Manager, this position is responsible for the overall performance, profitability, and operation of a branch office including planning, directing, deposit and lending goal achievement, organizing and managing day-to-day operational and employee activities. As the face of the credit union, responsible for driving positive brand advancement, and supporting branch growth through outside business development activities and community involvement.
Requires ability to create strong engagement with reporting employees and to drive positive brand awareness within the community. Minimum of 3 to 5 years in the financial industry; prior staff management experience, and strong commitment to serving the community required.
