Seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer to drive productivity, quality, and efficiency through continuous improvement and capital project management in our steel fabrication facility.

Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement and capital projects from scope to execution.
• Analyze data to identify trends, root causes, and solutions.
• Develop SOPs, best practices, and training programs.
• Track KPIs and report progress to leadership.
• Support change management and foster a culture of improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5+ years in process/continuous improvement (manufacturing preferred).
• Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt a plus.
• Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, statistical tools, and PM software.
