Experienced warehouse, shipping & receiving, or packing professional who can perform multiple roles and support the team. Must be cross‑trained in a minimum of four department positions.

• Master all warehouse equipment and technology, including advanced automated systems.
• Apply expertise in warehouse management and logistics, optimizing processes for efficiency.
• Provide input to performance evaluations of team members.
• Lead and coordinate shipping and receiving activities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Support the supervisor with scheduling and work assignments.
• Conduct shift start‑up meetings and review daily metrics with the team.
• Report outcomes at team and plant meetings as needed.
• Use strong analytical skills for data‑driven decision‑making and process improvement.
• Be cross‑trained and able to support all Warehouse I, II, III, IV, V roles.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5–7 years of warehouse, shipping, distribution, or receiving experience.
• Ability to use and accurately read measuring devices (tape measures).
• Ability to use hand tools (hammer, wrench, level, etc.).
• Ability to follow blueprints.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Ability to use a computer for basic data entry.
