Warehouse IV - PM Cleaning Lead (3rd Shift)

Experienced warehouse, shipping & receiving, or packing professional who can perform multiple roles and support the team. Must be cross‑trained in a minimum of four department positions.
Key Responsibilities- Master all warehouse equipment and technology, including advanced automated systems.
- Apply expertise in warehouse management and logistics, optimizing processes for efficiency.
- Provide input to performance evaluations of team members.
- Lead and coordinate shipping and receiving activities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Support the supervisor with scheduling and work assignments.
- Conduct shift start‑up meetings and review daily metrics with the team.
- Report outcomes at team and plant meetings as needed.
- Use strong analytical skills for data‑driven decision‑making and process improvement.
- Be cross‑trained and able to support all Warehouse I, II, III, IV, V roles.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 5–7 years of warehouse, shipping, distribution, or receiving experience.
- Ability to use and accurately read measuring devices (tape measures).
- Ability to use hand tools (hammer, wrench, level, etc.).
- Ability to follow blueprints.
- Ability to read and interpret work instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Ability to use a computer for basic data entry.
- Power Industrial Vehicle (PIV) experience.
