Lactalis Heritage Dairy in Wisconsin is seeking a Mechanic Level 1 to perform routine and preventive maintenance across production, packaging, and facility systems. You will troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, review work orders in SAP, and ensure sanitary design and GMP compliance to protect product quality.
The role requires a high school diploma or GED with preferred technical training; experience in dairy or food manufacturing is a plus.
