- This job is a full-time, in person position. The hours for this role are 6:00am - 6:00pm or 6:00pm – 6:00am
- The pay range for this role is $39.50-$43.00 based on education and experience. In addition, there is a $2.50 per hour shift differential for NOC shift. and up to a $10,000 signing bonus.

- As a full-time employee of NCHC, you are eligible for the Wisconsin Retirement System (WRS). The WRS is a hybrid defined benefit plan. It contains elements of both a 401(k) or defined contribution plan and a defined benefit plan. Participating staff contribute 6.95% and NCHC will match this at 100% each pay period!

Compensation And Perks

- Degree in Nursing earned at an accredited college or university.
- Current Professional Nurse Registration from the Wisconsin State Board of Nursing
- Current BLS (CPR) Certification
- Preferred certification in Psychiatric Nursing
- Effective communication, documentation and organization skills
- Strong interpersonal skills including attention to detail, compassion, listening, empathy, patience, cooperation, and dependability
- Ability to lift, transport, and support residents
- Exceptional attendance
- Develops and follows a person-centered plan of care addressing each patient’s range in ability to perform activities of daily living.
- Performs and documents risk assessments, preventative measures, and proactive interventions.
- Follows safe medication administration practices.
- Identifies, monitors, assesses and treats individuals with mental health, substance use, and other disorders.
- Accurately assesses for signs/symptoms of withdrawal while reporting and documenting pertinent findings.
