Job Details:

• Work 8-hour variable shifts including , , and

• 13-week contract with guaranteed 40 hours per week

• Float to Aspirus Merrill, Aspirus Langlade, Aspirus Medford, and Aspirus Stanley if needed

• On-call requirements: 6-8 nights of weeknight call and 1-2 weekends during 13-week contract

• 30-minute response time required - must be ready and in OR within 30 minutes

• Call back minimum is 2 hours

• Weekend work for call only with holiday rotation

• May be placed on low census during 36 hours of unbillable time

• Must have own vehicle due to on-call responsibilities

• Required certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS, Wisconsin RN License

• Minimum 5+ years OR experience with at least 1 travel assignment required

• Experience in larger facility with comparable ORs of 20+ required

• Circulating required, scrub preferred

• DaVinci Robotic experience required

• Trauma level II experience required

• Epic charting preferred

• Work with 21 ORs handling 40-60 cases per day (average 45)

• Skills in General Surgery, GYN, Urology, Plastics, ENT, GI preferred

• Must be flexible candidate with excellent work ethic willing to do downtime tasks

• Scrub colors: any color

• Must be outside 50-mile radius of facility

• Required education:
Associate Degree or Certificate;
Bachelor's Degree preferred

• Mask required at all times during flu season if declining flu and COVID vaccination
