Opportunity:

RN - IMC

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour day/night variable shifts

• Guaranteed 36 hours per week

• 13-week contract length

• Every other weekend and holiday requirement

• Float to all inpatient units as needed, typically to higher acuity units

• Can be low censused and put on call with 2-hour minimum callback

• Patient ratio of 4:1

• 2+ years of nursing experience required (firm requirement)

• Stepdown/Intermediate/PCU experience required

• ICU experience preferred

• Trauma Level II experience preferred

• Ventilator/Trach experience required

• At least 1 prior travel experience required

• Required certifications:
Wisconsin RN License, BLS, and ACLS

• EPIC charting experience preferred

• Care for patients with stable weaning vents/trach, sepsis, trauma, alcohol detox, GI bleed, colostomy/ileostomy, chest tubes, TBI, ortho trauma, spinal cord injury, and stroke

• Manage primary patients and insulin drips

• Must be able to work independently and complete tasks timely in fast-paced environment

• Any color scrubs acceptable

• Must be located outside 50-mile radius of facility

• Associate degree or certificate required, bachelor's degree preferred

The facility provides comprehensive care for complex medical conditions including trauma, sepsis, and respiratory support patients. The organization maintains high standards for patient care and operates as a fast-paced environment requiring independent, resilient healthcare professionals who can adapt well to change and manage multiple complex cases effectively.
