Location: Town of Wausau
Alliance Services is seeking a travel RN for an 8-bed Observation unit in Wausau, WI. The position requires 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, with a guaranteed 48 hours per week and overtime after 48 hours. Candidates must have a WI RN license, BLS, ACLS, and EPIC charting experience.
The role involves float coverage across inpatient units, with a 1:4 patient ratio, and requires ability to read cardiac strips. Prior travel experience is preferred, and NIHSS is highly preferred.
