Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2520

RN - IMC

• 13-week contract
• 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
• Guaranteed 36 hours per week
• Contract end day is Sunday, not Saturday
• Every other weekend required
• Every other holiday required
• Float requirements include all inpatient units as needed, typically to higher acuity units
• Low census policy allows for reduction in hours in increments (typically 4-hour increments); traveler may be asked to work only 4 or 8 hours of a shift
• 36 beds on a Med Surg Intermediate Care unit with heavy telemetry focus
• Patient population includes stable and weaning vents/trach, sepsis, trauma, alcohol detox, GI bleed, colostomy/ileostomy, chest tubes, TBI, ortho trauma, spinal cord injury, and stroke
• Patient ratio of 4:1 with primary patients and insulin drips
• Fast-paced unit requiring independent task management and adaptability
• Minimum 2+ years of experience required;
  Stepdown/Intermediate/PCU experience required
• ICU experience preferred;
  Trauma Level II preferred
• Ventilator/trach experience required
• At least 1 prior travel experience required
• EPIC charting experience preferred
• Required certifications: WI RN License, BLS and ACLS (AHA or ARC)
• EKG exam required during compliance
• Associate Degree or Certificate required;
  Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Scrub colors: any color
