Assistant Director of Nursing

We're looking for a dedicated Assistant Director of Nursing who is passionate about supporting quality resident care, leading clinical excellence, and helping residents live life to the fullest.

In this role, you'll partner with the Director of Nursing to support the daily operations of the nursing department, ensure high-quality resident care, oversee care plan implementation, support medication management, maintain regulatory compliance, and promote a culture of compassion, safety, and service excellence.

• Current, active, and unrestricted nursing license in the state of employment
• Current CPR and First Aid certification or ability to obtain as required by state regulations
• Knowledge of assisted living regulations and nursing practices
• Experience in assisted living, long-term care, or senior living preferred
• Knowledge of Alzheimer's disease, dementia care, and memory support services preferred
• Strong leadership, team building, conflict resolution, and communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Outlook and Word
• Ability to participate in an on-call rotation and work occasional varying shifts as needed
