Landmark Apartments is a 94-unit LIHTC community, and we're looking for a motivated and resident-focused Property Manager to lead our on-site operations. If you love connecting with people, creating vibrant communities, and driving leasing success, this is your chance to make a real impact. WhatYou'll Do
Lead leasing efforts, conduct tours, and welcome new residents with energy and professionalism
Plan and host engaging resident events that build community and connection
Manage on-site staff-hire, train, coach, and schedule to keep the property running smoothly
Oversee maintenance and ensure timely completion of work orders for a safe, well-maintained community
Monitor budgets, track financial performance, and coordinate with vendors to support property goals
Ensure compliance with housing regulations and company policies while maintaining an exceptional resident experience
Experience in leasing, sales, or customer service; affordable housing or property management background is a plus
A friendly, professional, and approachable personality-people love working with you
Strong communication and organizational skills to handle both people and administrative tasks
A passion for community building and creating positive experiences for residents
Leadership skills to guide your team and keep operations running seamlessly
Competitive salary: $50,000-$60,000 annually based on experience
