• Must be 18 years or older.
• 2-3 years of related retail experience.
• Ability to resolve conflicts by addressing root cause issues.
• Experience with food handling.
• Experience in a fuel or industrial environment is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain relationships with current convenience store distributors, communicate regularly regarding merchandise orders and deliveries.
• Assist with hiring, training, and supervising team members to execute daily tasks.
• Create and manage team member schedules, ensuring all shifts are covered and adjusting schedules as needed.
• Resolve problems such as customer complaints or supply shortages.
• Organize and monitor inventory supply and controls.
• Ensure shelves are fully stocked by rotating and replenishing merchandise.
• Follow health and safety regulations.
• Ensure all food items served comply with health codes.
• Conduct daily and monthly accounting reports.
• Assist with daily station operations including cash register handling and cleaning.
• Availability to work holidays, nights, and weekends.
• Oversee daily operations to maintain food safety, product preparation, cleanliness, and inventory standards.
• Implement food safety procedures in accordance with policies and health regulations.
