• Perform building erection of our pre-engineered and wood framed buildings
• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and protocols
• Install roofing, siding, insulation, and flashing
• Identify and resolve issues or obstacles that arise during the construction process
• Work outdoors in variable weather conditions
• Mentor and train new members of the team
• Maintain strong attention to detail – build it as if it were your own

• Ability to read a tape measure and operate hand‑powered tools
• Perform physically demanding tasks (0‑50lbs ground to shoulder, 0‑80lbs ground to carry‑height)
• Read and interpret blueprints
• Stand, walk, kneel, bend for long periods of time
• Travel typically within the state of WI (Home every weekend)
