YOUR NEW ROLE AS OUR MULTI-SITE PATIENT SERVICES ASSISTANTAs a Multi-Site Patient Services Assistant with our dynamic front desk team, your day is all about fostering seamless communication and creating an inviting atmosphere. You'll kick off your day by answering phones for all three of our chiropractic offices, greeting each caller with a friendly smile and utmost professionalism. In between calls, you'll expertly manage incoming emails and text messages, ensuring that every inquiry is met with prompt and insightful responses.
When the pace slows, you'll tackle paperwork with enthusiasm - organizing, filing, and ensuring our back-end operations run like a well-oiled machine. Your calm and friendly demeanor makes a significant impact every day, highlighted by your exceptional customer service skills that keep our patients smiling.
This full-time receptionist position offers a consistent schedule of Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
, allowing you to enjoy a balanced work-life rhythm.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM AS OUR MULTI-SITE PATIENT SERVICES ASSISTANT- 1+ year of experience in a call center, phone-based role, or front desk position
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude
- Clear and professional phone etiquette with strong verbal communication skills
- Excellent written communication abilities for responding to emails and text messages
- Comfortable using computer systems, email platforms, and basic office software like Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
- Experienced with handling a multi-line phone system
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Able to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting
- Previous experience in a chiropractic office is a plus, but not required
