- Developing a detailed project plan outlining milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
- Documentation of process improvements and best practices.
- Final project report summarizing outcomes and savings achieved.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams including Industrial design, Electrical, Marketing and purchasing teams.
- Interact with global design and manufacturing teams to design for manufacturability, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure all mechanical engineering activities are executed as per the development procedure.
- Experience in design of Electro-Mechanical products (Ex: Medical devices, Consumer appliances).
- Able to work independently & experience with working in cross functional teams.
- Good analytical skills in problem solving, identifying the technical risks and mitigating them systematically.
- Demonstrated ability to assist and manage the PMO process, ensuring seamless coordination, governance, and execution across all project phases.
- Proficiency in utilizing project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or equivalent) to track progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery.
- Knowledge in change management to ensure stakeholder alignment and adoption of new processes.
- Bachelor’s degree of Mechanical Engineering or Product design (Mechanical) with 4 to 6 years working experience in a Product Design and Development environment.
- Medical devices product development experience will be an added advantage.
- Project management activities execution of across all project phases.
- Proficient in English Language.
- You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.
- Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Pay Range$55,000 to $65,000.
Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.
