We are seeking a motivated, self‑starting, technically proficient Civil Engineer with 3+ years of experience. This individual must have working knowledge and a strong understanding of the design process, including, but not limited to the following areas:
- Utility Design
- Grading plans, drainage
- Permitting and Regulatory Coordination
- Business Development and/or Project Management experience considered a plus
Desired Skills And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required
- 3+ years experience
- Proficient in AutoCAD/Civil 3D, Microstation, HEC-RAS, Hydragraphs/Hydraflow, tr-55
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
- Candidates with Professional Engineering registration in WI are preferred.
