Facility Manager

• Manage the center’s day-to-day operations from a technical perspective, ensuring efficient operation
• Recruit, hire, train, and schedule B- and C-Mechanics in partnership with the General Manager
• Provide training on equipment, safety procedures, and preventative maintenance
• Ensure compliance with laws and policies, monitor machine stop records, schedule routine maintenance of HVAC, roof, plumbing, electrical, life/safety, and other building systems
• Assist in planning and budgeting for repairs and upgrades; obtain bids and suggest cost‑effective improvements
• Remain flexible to work varying shifts, weekends, holidays, and extended days as needed

You are an experienced, technically proficient manager and a strong team player who can troubleshoot effectively. You can supervise mechanics, communicate department needs clearly, and spot and resolve technical issues before they arise. You have a strong desire to grow and develop the talent and skill of the staff you supervise.

• 5+ Years of Bowling Mechanic Experience
• Solid communication skills
• Strong team player
• Staff supervision experience
• Ability to walk, bend, stand for periods of time and lift objects as necessary
