Location:
US: WI: WAUWATOSA at our CDI-WAUWATOSA facility. Locations may fluctuate between Oak Creek, Greenfield, Wauwatosa, Waukesha, Menomonee Falls, Mequon, and West Bend.
Shift: Shift
1. Hours vary from 6:30‑10:30 pm; most hours are day shifts, with a few PM shifts.
Salary & Benefits:
Eligible for a $10K sign‑on bonus.
- At the direction of a radiologist and/or other providers, prepare patients, perform imaging procedures, and operate imaging equipment.
- Perform diagnostic studies according to specific guidelines and prescribed protocols while utilizing appropriate radiation protection measures.
- Adhere to organizational customer service standards and support organizational excellence initiatives.
- Provide positive and effective interaction and communication with patients, visitors, and staff.
- Perform ancillary services and assist in patient care areas as necessary.
- Operate in two or more of the following modalities and meet the requirements of advanced certification:
Bone Densitometry, CT, Diagnostic X‑ray, Interventional Radiology, Mammography, and MRI.
- One year of current clinical experience in each modality is preferred.
- Completion of an ARRT‑accredited Radiologic Technology program. Additional 1‑2 years of college/university coursework or a health‑care related undergraduate degree is preferred.
- ARRT registration and current State of Wisconsin license as a Radiographer.
- Advanced Registered by the ARRT in applicable modalities (Bone Densitometry, CT, Diagnostic X‑ray, Interventional Radiology, Mammography, and MRI) within 18 months of hire/transfer.
- American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA‑approved equivalent within 90 days of hire.
