Participates in the development and delivery of human resources strategies and solutions for one or more regions. Acts as a trusted advisor to all levels of management on day-to-day HR matters. Implements location-specific and oversees regional programs to support HR operations.

Job Responsibilities
  • Partner with local leaders to develop workforce solutions aligning with regional goals. Lead the execution of HR initiatives across multiple locations or functions, regionally or globally.
  • Collaborate with facility HR teams and HR Shared Services to resolve employee concerns, aiming for future prevention, in compliance with laws, regulations, and policies.
  • Perform generalist duties advising leaders on strategic and tactical plans, including investigations, workforce reductions, terminations, grievance administration, and participating in contract negotiations.
  • Deliver written communications and presentations on HR concepts to managers and employees. Develop and conduct training sessions and presentations.
  • Lead workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and training efforts for various employee groups.
  • Support performance management processes, including calibration, merit planning, and incentive programs.
  • Collaborate within HR to improve processes, procedures, or programs, delivering innovative solutions.
  • Manage teams of employees, including recruitment, coaching, development, performance management, and budgeting.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Job Skills Requirements
  • Extensive knowledge of HR principles, practices, regulations, and compliance for the assigned regions.
  • Strong skills in employee relations, analysis, problem-solving, and influencing at all levels.
  • Excellent organization, time management, and project management skills to prioritize and oversee multiple projects.
  • Effective communication skills for diverse groups.
  • Experience in change management and organization development.
  • Solid computer skills and understanding of HR systems interfaces.
  • Fluent in English and the primary language of the location.
  • Education

    Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or related field, or equivalent experience.

    Experience Requirements
  • Minimum ten years of professional experience in human resources, supply chain, or manufacturing, including at least five years in leadership roles within a large, complex global organization.
