I.T. Field Service Engineer; Managed Services

Salary: $55,000 - 70,000 per year

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows 10 and 11 operating systems.
• At least 2 years of experience with Microsoft Office 365 applications and services.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience with PC desktops, laptops, and mobile devices installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• CompTIA A+ and Microsoft 365 Admin certifications are preferred.
• Familiarity with RMM tools for remote monitoring and management of endpoints.

• Provide exceptional customer service to our clients while supporting their IT needs.
• Document all activities meticulously, including time entries and technical issues resolved.
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently, especially in high‑pressure situations.
