Seasonal Sales Associate

• Provide an amazing shopping experience that will encourage customers to return. They'll be impressed by your product knowledge, customer experience skills, and use of the Force.
• Cover the sales floor zone and ensure that assigned areas are up to visual standards.
• Work the register. Use your fandom knowledge to process sales transactions and drive add-on sales with benefits such as BOPIS and curbside pickup. Assist with planogram changes including store map, wall, fixture, and merchandising mix.
• Let your voice be heard! You'll communicate fashion trend information to management and respective HQ partners.
• Work with Store Management to help prevent theft and ensure there's no misuse of spells and wizardry around loss prevention.
• Support stock room organization and store tidiness.
• Demonstrate Team Spirit by communicating and working as a team to get the job done.
• Any other activities as assigned by your Store Leader.

• Previous experience working in a retail environment. If you’re passionate about philanthropy and all things pop culture, you're in the right place!
• Superpowers in providing customer service and selling
• Be at least 16 years of age
• Avenger-like collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to navigate around the store, merchandise products using approved store equipment, and lift up to 50 pounds (with or without reasonable accommodation)
