Job Summary
:
Join the LEGO Brand Retail Team to deliver inspirational retail experiences that build on LEGO® Brand values. As a Brick Specialist, you will provide a signature experience for every guest, manage store operations, and support the visual and safety standards of our LEGO® stores.

• Perform all cash register functions and greet every guest, displaying a professional, gracious, friendly, and engaging manner (80%).
• Maintain a clean, safe, and visually stimulating environment through daily cleaning and display upkeep, meeting LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards (10%).
• Operate the store stockroom safely and efficiently, assist in receiving merchandise, maintain stockroom to LEGO® Brand Retail standards, and notify management of potential shortages (10%).

• Communicate effectively with team members and guests.
• Process information/merchandise through the register system.
• Work various hours, days, nights, and weekends as business dictates.
• Access all store areas including sales floor, stock areas, register areas, and loading dock.
• Physical capability to stand, move, lift (up to 30 lbs.), and perform tasks involving stooping, kneeling, and ladder climbing for at least two consecutive hours.
• Provide availability to work up to 25 hours per week (not guaranteed schedule).

The hourly wage is approximately $16.76 per hour, determined by responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational factors. Full benefit details will be provided upon offer.
