Deliver personalized beauty experiences by helping customers find makeup and skincare products suited to their needs. Build customer relationships and contribute to sales goals through in-store and digital selling.
Responsibilities- Provide makeup applications and skincare analyses, and recommend products aligned with customer goals.
- Achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling, including text and social media tools.
- Book appointments and support sales at beauty events and services.
- Maintain an organized, clean, customer-ready department and keep current on beauty trends and products.
- Process sales, refunds, and exchanges, and build customer loyalty.
- Passion for customer service, beauty trends, makeup application, and skincare.
- Strong communication, multitasking, organization, and follow-through skills.
- Ability to handle customer concerns, work collaboratively, and contribute to an inclusive environment.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, and ability to meet the physical requirements of the role.
