Maintenance Technician – Wauwatosa, WI

Pay Range: $20–$32/hour (Based on Experience)

• Prepare vacant units for move-in readiness—polished and perfect.
• Respond quickly to resident service requests with professionalism and care.
• Perform preventative maintenance, including:
  • Light bulb and filter changes
  • Painting, drywall patching, lock repairs
  • Pool upkeep (where applicable)
• Assist with snow removal and maintain accurate salting logs.
• Rotate on-call emergency services with the maintenance team.
• Keep detailed maintenance logs and checklists.
• Maintain clean, safe grounds and common areas.
• Communicate effectively with residents, staff, and vendors.

• Skills: Basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry knowledge; comfortable with tools like drills, saws, and meters.
• Experience: High school diploma preferred; trade school training a plus.
• Requirements: Valid driver’s license, good driving record, auto insurance, and basic tools.
• Physical: Ability to work indoors/outdoors, lift up to 50 lbs, and adapt to changing conditions.
