Forza Care is hiring a Field Medical Case Manager to coordinate recovery and return‑to‑work plans for injured workers. You will serve as the central link among medical providers, employers, and insurers to ensure timely, transparent care management.

Ideal candidates are licensed nurses or CRCs; prior workers’ compensation experience is strongly preferred. Travel to patient sites and appointments is expected as part of the role.
