Day Shift: Monday‑Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Night Shift: Monday‑Thursday, 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM (includes shift differential)

As a skilled welder
, you'll work with MIG and some TIG processes on carbon and stainless materials, producing clean, accurate welds on a variety of parts and assemblies. You'll read blueprints, set up and operate welding equipment, inspect your own work, and uphold the highest manufacturing and safety standards. Van‑Am Defense Systems offers competitive pay – $24 to $27 per hour

As a federal government contractor, Van‑Am Defense Systems is required to maintain a drug‑free workplace under the Drug‑Free Workplace Act.
