The function of this position is:
To dump bagged ingredients and/or product which are used in the instant feed room and dry blend operation.

• Materials: Must prevent the contamination of the ingredients and/or product dumped by following dumping procedures and hygiene practices. Must visually inspect the product and bags to ensure visual quality.
• Equipment: Maintain the work area and equipment in a safe and orderly condition. Wear proper head protection, head covering and hearing protection.
• Safety: Follow Waverly safety objectives and targets, follow plant safety rules, report incidents and unsafe conditions immediately, maintain compliance with regulations and refer to the Safety Management System on all safety‑related procedures and programs.
• Environmental: Adhere to the Nestlé USA Waverly Environmental Policy, the Pollution Prevention Plan and the Annual Environmental Objectives and Targets. Support continual improvement of energy conservation, solid waste minimization and management, and prevention of pollution within the scope of the position and throughout the plant.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment strongly preferred.
• Basic proficiency of English language to comply with verbal and written directions, signs, policies and procedures.
• Willing and able to stand on a frequent basis.
• Willing and able to work overtime.
• Willing and able to work various shifts.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.

3rd shift position: 12 am to 8 am with rotating mandatory overtime at the beginning or end of shift. Pay $28.25 per hour.
