Job Description:

High Point Land Companyis on the lookout for a driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dedicated team. If you’re enthusiastic about sales, land real estate, and connecting with clients, this role provides the ideal platform to launch your career in a specialized real estate market.

As an Inside Sales Representative, your primary focus will be generating leads, building lasting client relationships, and contributing to their success in land real estate. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Calling
    :
    Engage in daily outbound calls to identify and qualify new leads, working with landowners, farmers, and potential investors.
  • Follow-Up on Inquiries
    :
    Respond to inbound inquiries in a timely manner, assessing their needs and arranging meetings with our land agents.
  • Building Relationships
    :
    Nurture connections with clients, understanding their land real estate needs, and guiding them through the buying or selling process.
  • Lead Qualification
    :
    Use effective questioning and listening techniques to qualify leads, maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Client Education
    :
    Share insights on land sales, auctions, appraisals, and the advantages of working with High Point Land Company.
  • Support Sales Operations
    :
    Collaborate with the broader High Point team to ensure smooth transitions from lead generation to agent handoffs.
